Most drum companies simply take Chrome components and powder coat right over top. This is a recipe for disaster. For a powder coat finish to adhere properly the component needs to first be sandblasted down to its base metal, then thoroughly cleaned with strong solvents. We make sure to take the time to do all of these steps the right way so that you get a Superior part. One that will never flake, chip, or discolor in any way. After all, powder coating is meant to be a tough-as-nails Industrial finish.
regarding color, we only listed two options in this listing, flat black, copper splatter, and gunmetal gray. However, we can powder coat your parts any color you can imagine.
